About the Role
Reliance Industries Limited is conducting All-India hiring for engineers in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Instrumentation disciplines. Selected candidates will join the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program or relevant engineer roles and may be placed across sites PAN India.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 1-year GET program including onboarding, classroom & on-the-job learning
- Support operations, maintenance and project teams on routine and special assignments
- Troubleshoot equipment and systems, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Assist in commissioning, testing and validation of systems
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
- Prepare technical documentation, reports and SOPs
- Work on continuous improvement, cost reduction and reliability enhancement initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-discipline teams and external contractors
Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, or Instrumentation engineering
- Freshers: Batch of 2026; Experienced: 1–5 years
- Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA across 10th, 12th and engineering
- No active backlogs or history of academic detention
- Total educational gap not more than 3 years
- Must be a resident of India
