Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, and screening candidates for IT roles across Europe.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms, to identify and attract top IT talent in the European region.
- Market Research: Stay updated on European employment trends, industry standards, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
Requirement:
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically for the European market.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with European employment laws, cultural nuances, and market-specific hiring practices.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills relevant to the European market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Adaptability: Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage a diverse talent pool.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote work environment.
